Darn it, Celestia, are you ever difficult to vector. When will I learn not to bite off more than I can chew? I'd have dozens of comics by now. Anyway, we all knew she was a bit of a despot. One of the things I loved most about the Tropico series - how much effort the developers put into getting fantastic soundtracks for the games.
