Today's allegory was brought to you by the suggestion of Phoenix-rising-high and the following guest stars: Witch Behind The Bush, Firestorm Flare, Hyperlink,
And that's probably the last one ever. I have to scrap this series in favour of something less random and better thought-out. I'll continue to incorporate other people's characters but let's face it - these comics gathered little interest and made too many viewers go 'wat?'
People keep telling me I carry knives as if I'm ready to kill someone. I swear, though, it's just the most natural way to carry them for me. Primarily due to spending a year learning to hurt people with knives (long story short, I studied martial arts at a place that encouraged picking a weapon to learn on the side) But still, I can empathize; That was clearly the simplest way to show off the bat.
Well, I mean dinner knives. Like, if I forgot to bring a knife when I brought my plate to the table, I'll hold the knife as if I'm preparing to fight with it. If they feel unsafe around dinner knives, they might want to either get less sharp dinner knives, or man up - I've had people prod me in the side with dinner knives before, and it's barely even hurt. I think I'd do more damage with the forks than the knives I'm used to.
I make a point to not even touch the grip of my 'competition knives' unless I'm about to step onstage or scaring people over webcam (and since I'm now a lazy nerd, they're usually gathering dust)
Thanks, I'm glad you enjoyed these. The last, yes. There weren't many of them to begin with but I'm hoping to continue this idea with a developed character in mind. That way there will be more randomness with some sort of solid ground beneath it, if that makes any sense. Anyway, I'm simply looking to improve what I do.
